Provide pulmonary consultative care to SNF/LTC residents, overseeing chronic respiratory diseases and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, and chronic respiratory failure
• Oversee oxygen therapy and inhaled medications
• Supervise NPs and collaborate with facility teams
• MD or DO degree
• IM residency; Pulmonology fellowship preferred
• NY medical license, DEA
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonology
