Job Summary: The Senior Medical Director is a key clinical executive responsible for overseeing the quality, safety, and effectiveness of patient care across Essen Health Care’s clinical programs, with a strong focus on geriatric and long-term care populations. This leader drives clinical excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners closely with executive leadership to implement strategies that enhance patient outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and support organizational growth.
The Senior Medical Director will lead quality improvement initiatives, develop and implement clinical programs, and provide mentorship and oversight to physicians and clinical staff. This role plays a critical part in shaping care delivery models, advancing population health initiatives, and ensuring adherence to best practices and accreditation standards.
