Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-OASIS to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
  • Develop and execute individual treatment plans
  • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation
  • crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
  •  provision of other services related to wellness
  • other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Master's
  • LCSW (New York license)
  • one to two years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Hybrid
  • Be able to provide specialized mental health care, often focusing on trauma, addiction and specialized therapies like EMDR or DBT
