Job Summary

Position Title: Chief of Staff

 

Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to support executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, managing high-level administrative functions, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chief of Administration and other senior leaders to streamline operations, manage projects, and serve as a key liaison between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Chief of Administration and executive leadership.
  • Lead and manage high-impact organizational projects, including mergers and acquisitions, in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are executed effectively and on time.
  • Analyze organizational processes and recommend improvements to support efficiency and growth.
  • Assist with executive decision-making through data analysis, briefings, and strategy development.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and executive-level matters.
  • Represent executive leadership in meetings, fostering strong, professional communication across all levels.
  • Support cultural alignment and communication in diverse corporate environments, both domestic and international.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, operations, or senior project management.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated cultural fluency and professionalism in executive settings.
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments is highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes:

 

  • Prior experience in a large multispecialty or healthcare system.
  • Background in executive operations or chief of staff functions.
  • Ability to build rapport across diverse leadership teams and work with discretion and confidence.
  • Multilingual or international background is a plus, particularly familiarity with South Asian or other globally diverse cultures.

Pay Rate: $75,000- $105,000

Location: Required to be in Bronx-based office location 5 days a week
