Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient cardiology clinic in the Bronx. The General Manager will ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective team management. This leadership role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (required).
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in an outpatient or cardiology setting.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cardiology services, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in EMR systems (e.g., EPIC, eClinicalWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
