Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality control processes.

Responsibilities

 

1. Conduct audits: Perform thorough audits and reviews of staff / driver calls/ recordings to identify areas of improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Document Findings: Maintain accurate records of audit results, areas of improvements, and corrective actions taken. Prepare detailed reports for management and executives.

3. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in quality assurance.

4. Patient Interaction: Address escalated customer inquires and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and QA processes.

6.   Other Duties: Projects or tasks assigned by House Calls Management

 

Qualifications

 

Education

College degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.

Skills

Experience planning, implementing and executing QA projects

Exceptional people management skills.  Strong ability to motivate, guide and support team members to ensure project success and foster collaborative work environment

Proficiency in project management software

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and ability to address/ resolve conflict / disagreements in a constructive manner.

Ability to foster positive work environment that encourages collaboration, open & smooth communication

Ability to be agile, pivot and make adjustments in a fast-paced environment

Empathetic and patient-focused demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
