Job Summary

Clinical Coordinator – Prohealth Practice Management, LLC -1371 Seabury Avenue, Bronx,
NY- 10461

 

Responsibilities

Identify, collect and analyze, and interpret data to learn about community health issues in order to improve the effectiveness of existing programs and services. Develop community-based Covid-19 related illness intervention programs to improve attitude and knowledge. Elaborate training programs to improve the capacity and the leadership of other healthcare professionals and community workers. Coordinate the implementation of existing health programs and local and state recommendations that have shared missions. Identify existing community-based
cardiovascular health wellness programs and collaborate to enhance their capacity to promote and protect community well-being. Conduct lectures and workshops to provide information for
awareness and prevention of Covid-19 related and other illnesses and issues. Develop educational printed material that can be posted in the community. Conduct formative, process, and outcome evaluations of education programs and materials. Advocate for resources, programs, and policies that will improve education and health promotion of cardiovascular wellness.

 

Salary: $54,000-$56,000

Qualifications

M-F; 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m. 40 hours/week. Salary: $54,974.00 per year.


Require Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, or related.
