Job Summary

Job Summary: As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the facility. Your role involves managing office workflows, supervising support staff, and implementing effective organizational processes. In addition, to handling day-to-day administrative tasks, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize office efficiency, manage schedules, and support the delivery of quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing site logistics, metro card distribution, and inventory control The Medical Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with various regulations and protocols, such as HR, OSHA, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability), and other applicable standards.

 

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities but not limited to:

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
  • Monitor center activity and patient flow to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in patient care.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff on-site, providing guidance, support, and training to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee front desk staff, Medical Assistant, and Clinical Assistant functions to ensure patients' needs are promptly addressed and a high level of service is maintained.
  • Maintain multiple clinician and employee schedules, ensuring optimal coverage.
  • Manage metro card distribution, maintaining accurate records of distribution and usage.
  • Place, accept, and decline inventory orders, keeping detailed usage logs for reconciliation purposes.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on medical equipment and ensure necessary repairs are promptly addressed.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Audit staff timesheets prior to payroll submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other standards.
  • Communicate with the General Manager regularly and provide status updates on site operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, enhance patient, and staff satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory role within a medical office setting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with eCW is preferred.

$18.00-$23.00 an hour
